Production and processing of corrugating medium A modern corrugating medium machine has a gap former forming section (Figure 1), although there are numerous fourdrinier machines in use. The press section can be equipped with a shoe press to maximise production. The dryer section is simple, consisting of single or double tier sections. Corrugating medium is not calendered.
